Ingredients:

• 1 pinch Pepper 
• 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
• 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi 
• 2 tbsp Oil 
• 1 pinch Asafoetida (optional) 
• 1/2 cup Besan Flour 
• 1/2 cup Wheat Flour 
• 1 tsp Salt 

How to make Baked Methi Muthiya:

• Pre heat the oven to 350 degree F.
• Add all the ingredients (except oil) with little water.
• Now add oil and knead it well.
• Make equal small balls and flatten them with your palms.
• Bake them until they turn crispy and golden brown in color.
• Remove it from heat and enjoy it hot.

Ingredients:

• 10 Prawns 
• 2 tsp Garlic paste 
• 2 tsp Ginger paste 
• 4 tsp Lemon juice 
• 2 Cups curd 
• 2 Cups cream

• 2 tsp White pepper 
• 2 tsp Cumin seeds 
• 2 tsp Clove powder 
• Salt to taste

How to make Prawn Kebab:

• Clean the prawns.
• Shed them for 10 minutes.
• Blend the curd and cream properly.
• Add gram flour, white pepper and clove powder.
• Mix it well with prawns.
• Add salt and put the mixture in silver foil.
• Keep the prawns in refrigerator for 2 hours.
• Put prawns in an oven and tandoor it for 20 minutes.
• Once the prawns turn golden brown, put butter over it.
• Oven them for 2 minutes.
• Prawn Kebab is ready.

Ingredients:

• 6 large boneless & skinless Chicken Thighs 
• 2 tbsp Oil 
• 1 large Onion (finely diced) 
• 1-2 cm Ginger (finely grated) 
• 3 cloves Garlic (minced) 
• ½ tsp Chilly Powder 
• 1 tsp Turmeric 
• 2 tsp Mixed Spices 
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar 
• 1 can Tomatoes (chopped) 
• 1 can Coconut Milk 
• 1 Cauliflower 
• Salt & Pepper (to taste) 
• 2 large handful Spinach

How to make Cauliflower And Chicken Curry:

• Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces and cauliflower into florets.
• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken thighs until brown on all sides.
• When cooked, remove and keep aside.
• Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil in the same pan, and fry onion on medium flame until soft.
• Add ginger and garlic. Cook for 1 minute ensuring that you do not burn the mix.
• Add chilly powder, turmeric, mixed spices, brown sugar & cook for another minute, stirring continuously.
• Add tomatoes and coconut milk. Stir well.
• Finally, add chicken & cauliflower, cook for 10 minutes until both the ingredients are soft and well-cooked.
• Pour some water to make the curry thick.
• Add salt, pepper, and spinach. Stir until it starts drooping.
• Serve hot with steamed rice or bread.

Ingredients:

• 1 medium Onion (chopped) 
• 2 medium Carrots (chopped)

• 3 cups Fat-free Milk (divided) 
• 3/4 tsp Salt 
• 1/2 tsp Thyme (dried)

• 3 tbsp All-purpose Flour 

How to make Broccoli and Carrot Soup:

• Cook the onion, carrots and celery in butter, in a large saucepan, for 3 minutes.
• Add broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.
• Stir in 2¾ cups milk, salt, thyme and pepper.
• Bring to boil and reduce the flame.
• Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes, so that the vegetables are tender.
• Combine the flour and remaining milk until smooth. Gradually stir into the soup.
• Bring to a boil & cook for 2 more minutes or until thickened.

Ingredients:

• 500 gm boneless Goat meat 
• 500 gm Yoghurt 
• 1 tsp Ground pepper 
• Salt to taste 
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder 
• 3 tbsp each of garlic and ginger paste 
• 3 Green chilies finely chopped 
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil 
• 2 Medium-sized onions, sliced 
• 3 tbsp Garam masala 
• 3 tsp Coriander powder 
• 3 tsp Cumin powder 
• 4 Bay leaves 
• 500 gm diced tomatoes 
• 3 tbsp Finely chopped mint leaves 
• 3 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

How to make Dahi Gosht:

• Mix salt, pepper, yoghurt, turmeric powder, half the ginger and garlic pastes and green chilies together.
• Marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 minutes.
• Heat oil in a deep pan and fry onions and remaining ginger and garlic pastes till fragrant.
• Add the tomatoes, cumin powder, bay leaves, and coriander powder and garam masala and continue to fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
• Add the marinated meat and cook till most of the liquid has evaporated
• Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves.
• Dahi Gosht is ready.

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

How to make Peanut Butter Cookie :

• Take a bowl and sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. After sifting set them aside
• Beat together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until it gets smooth.
• Add in egg and vanilla
• Now you can combine flour mixture with peanut butter mixture
• Scrap the sides of the bowl to ensure batter is well blended
• Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Now, roll dough into 1 1/4 inch balls.
• Place them about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
• Flatten it in crisscross pattern with a fork.
• Bake until it gets light brown, 9 to 10 minutes.
• Cool on baking sheets for a minute and change it to the rack to cool completely .

How to make Beetroot Cake:

• Add oil, sugar into the mixture and beat it.
• Add beetroot, carrots, nuts, eggs yolks and mix it.
• Beat the egg whites until stiff.
• Fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture using a metal spoon.
• Pour the mixture into cake pan.
• Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour until springy to the touch.

Other Ingredients:

• 1/2 cups Italian cheese (shredded) 
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) 
• 8 Mushroom Caps ( cleaned and with stems removed) 
• Olive oil 
• Sweet Paprika 
• 1/4 cup White Wine

How to make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms:

• In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients of the mixture, stir well until well-combined.
• Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
• Rub olive oil over the tops of the mushroom caps.
• Place them bottom-side up in a shallow baking pan.
• Mound crab mixture into caps.
• Top stuffing with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
• Carefully pour wine down the side of the baking pan.
• Bake in an oven heated at 400 degree F for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden on top. Serve.

• Put cumin, turmeric, coriander powder and sauté for a min.
• Put the boiled dal and cook until the mixture becomes thick.
• With the coriander leaves garnish it.

• 15 Small hamburger buns 
• 1 Onion, chopped 
• 1/2 Cup fresh coriander, chopped 
• 1/2 Cup sev 
• 1/2 Cup peanuts, roasted 
• 2 tsp Fresh garlic chutney 
• 1/2 Cup fresh pomegranates 
• 6 tbsp Khajur imli ki chutney 
• Butter or oil, for cooking

For Dabeli Masala: 
• 1 Red chili 
• 1/2 Inch cinnamon sticks 
• 1 tsp Coriander seeds 
• 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds 
• 2 Cloves

For The Filling: 
• 1 Cup boiled and mashed potatoes 
• 1 Pinch asafetida powder 
• 2 tbsp Khajur imli ki chutney 
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 
• 1/2 Cup water 
• 2 tbsp Oil 
• Salt to taste

How to make Dabeli:
• Roast the masala ingredients in a pan for about 2 to 3 minutes.
• Grind them to make a fine powder in a blender, set aside
• For the filling, heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds to it, until they crackle.
• Add the asafoetida, dabeli masala, potato, water and salt, mix well.
• Remove them from the heat, combine khajur imli ki chutney and mix well.
• Divide it into 15 parts, set aside.
• Cut the burger buns into halves and cook them in a pan using a little butter.
• Now put a portion of the filling on the lower half of each bun.
• Top it with the chopped onion, sev, coriander, pomegranate, peanuts, garlic chutney and khajur imli ki chutney.
• Sandwich it with the top halves of the burger buns and serve it.

Ingredients:
• 6 Eggs (boiled) 
• 8 tsp Oil 
• 4 Tomatoes (chopped) 
• 3 Onions (chopped) 
• A pinch of Turmeric Powder 
• Chili Powder (to taste)

• ½ tsp Aniseeds 
• Small piece of Cinnamon 
• Few Garlic Cloves

How to make Egg Curry Masala:
• Make cuts on eggs using a sharp knife.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry aniseeds and cinnamon for a moment.
• Add onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir well.
• Mix in turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
• Pour coconut milk and simmer to a boil.
• Add eggs and cook for another 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat and serve hot.

• 1 cup Moong Dal 
• 1 cup Urad Dal

• Pour the batter into idli stand and steam it.
• Serve it hot.

• Heat a little oil and saute the chilies, coriander seeds, grated coconut, cumin seeds, pepper and fenugreek seeds.
• Grind these spices with turmeric powder, garlic and tamarind to make fine paste.
• Fry the onions in oil till light brown.
• Add the crabs and stir well. Fry for a while until there is a change in color.
• Add the ground masala and cook the mixture for a minute.
• Pour tamarind water and cook on low heat.
• Crab curry is ready. Serve with rice.

• 900 ml Vegetable Stock 
• 675 g Broccoli, divided into small florets 
• 50 g Ground Almonds 
• Black Pepper, freshly ground 
• Salt to taste

How to make Broccoli and Almond Soup:
• Prepare oven by pre-heating it at 180 deg C.
• On a greased baking sheet, spreads almonds and toast them for 10 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
• Keep aside a quarter of the almonds for garnishing.
• Boil broccoli florest for 7 to 8 minutes, until they become tender.
• Mix the broccoli, remaining almonds, milk and water in a mixer and blend until it becomes smooth.
• Season according to taste.
• Once blended and seasoned, reheat the soup and serve hot.
• Toasted almonds can be sprinkled on top.

Kashmiri Lamb Curry

Ingredients:

• 5 strands Saffron 
• 100 g Blanched Almonds 
• 4 tbsp Sunflower Oil 
• 3 Onions, sliced 
• 2 Cloves Garlic, finely diced 
• 1/2 tsp Ginger, finely diced 
• 3 Dried Chillies, preferably Kashmiri 
• 5 Green Cardamoms 
• 1 tsp Fennel Seeds 
• 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric 
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin 
• 1 tsp Ground Coriander 
• 1 tsp Garam Masala 
• 1kg Lean Lamb Leg, diced 
• 140 ml Double Cream 
• Salt, to taste 
• ½ tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground 
• 140 ml Natural Greek Yogurt 
• Oil, for cooking

How to make Kashmiri Lamb Curry:

• Take a small bowl and put saffron in it, along with 300 ml warm water. Let it infuse.
• Set the oven at the highest setting and scatter the almonds on a non stick baking tray.
• Roast for 5 minutes or till they turn golden in color. Remove and set aside.
• Place the saucepan on medium heat and heat some oil in it.
• In the hot oil, fry onion, garlic, ginger and chilies in it, till onions become soft.
• Now, put cardamoms, fennel seeds, turmeric, cumin, coriander and garam masala and fry for a few minutes.
• Set the heat on high flame and add lamb to it. Fry till it turns brown.
• Add saffron, water, cream and black pepper to it and cook for an hour.
• Add almonds and cook for further 30 minutes or till the lamb is tender.
• Remove from heat and stir in the yogurt. Serve.

Ingredients:
• 1 kg Firm Red Tomatoes (washed and cubed) 
• 10 Green Chilies 
• 6 tbsp Sesame Oil 
• 2 tsp Cumin Seeds 
• 2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds 
• 2 Tamarinds (soaked in a little hot water to soften) 
• 2 tsp Mustard Seeds 
• 1/2 tsp Asafetida 
• Salt to taste

How to make Andhra Tomato Pickle:
• Heat 3 tbsp of sesame oil in deep pan and add tomatoes.
• Fry it until they are soft and then mash the tomatoes.
• Add to the mashed tomato paste on the Grind the tamarind and green chilies.
• On the other hand heat 3 tbsp of sesame oil and mustard seeds in another pan.
• When they are splitting add the fenugreek seeds asafetida and fry it
• Turn off the fire and put the pan on one side
• Add the hot mix onto the tomato-tamarind-green chili paste and stir well.
• Allow to cool it automatically

Ingredients:
• ½ inch piece Ginger (chopped) 
• ½ tsp Chaat Masala 
• ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder 

 For Topping: 
• ½ cup Matara 
• ¼ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder 
• Black Salt (a pinch) 
• ¼ tsp Chaat Masala 
• ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder 
• A few Papdis (crushed) 
• ¼ cup (59 ml) Yogurt 
• 2 tbsp Sweet Date and Tamarind Chutney 
• ½ tbsp Green Chutney 
• 4 Potatoes (large) (boiled and mashed) 
• Oil (to shallow fry) 
• 1 cup Split Black Gram Skinless (Dhuli Urad Dal) (soaked and boiled) 
• 1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped) 
• 2 Green Chilies (chopped) 
• Black salt to taste 
• Asafoetida (a pinch) 
• Salt to taste

How to make Aloo Tikki Chaat:
• Take urad dal in a bowl.
• Put red chili powder, salt, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves into the bowl and mix them well.
• Add salt to the potatoes and mix and make eight equal balls.
• Take a non-stick flat pan and heat oil.
• Take a ball of mashed potatoes in your palm, spread slightly, place a portion of the dal mixture in the center and gather the edges and shape into a tikki.
• Low fry the tikkis on medium heat till both sides are evenly golden brown.
• Keep the tikkis in a plate.
• Pour some sweet tamarind chutney, yogurt, green chutney over it.
• Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder and coriander leaves.
• Crush a few papdis at the end.

Ingredients:
• 1 large Onion (diced) 
• 1 medium Pepper (diced) 
• 2½ oz Pepperoni (diced) 
• 10 oz Tomato Soup 
• ½ cup Water 
• 15 large Green Cabbage Leaves 
• ¼ cup White Vinegar 
• 7½ oz Spanish-Style Rice Mix 
• 15 oz Tomatoes (stewed with juice) 
• 2 tsp Vegetable Oil 

How to make Cabbage Rolls:
• Take a large skillet and put the cabbage in it with water.
• Boil it covered for about 30 minutes.
• Reduce the heat and mix vinegar.
• Simmer until the content softens.
• Drain it and set it aside.
• Meanwhile, according to package directions, prepare Spanish rice using the stewed tomatoes; set it aside.
• Heat oil in a frying pan; mix pepper, onion, and ham.
• Cook it for about 5 minutes approximately.
• Preheat the oven to 350 degree F; grease the baking dish.
• Place a cabbage leaf and spoon the prepared content inside.
• Roll up the leaf and place it in the dish.
• Repeat the same for the remaining cabbage.
• Now mix it with tomato soup and water.
• Transfer the mixture over the rolls.
• Take an aluminum foil and wrap the dish in it.
• Bake it until cabbage is tender.
• Serve it hot.
