• 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup ground Almonds
• ¼ tsp Baking Powder
• Dash of Salt

• ½ tsp Almond Extract
• 1/3 cup Almonds (sliced)

How to make Chinese Almond Cookies:
• Combine flour with ground almonds, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
• Whisk together butter and sugar with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg white and almond extract.
• Gradually add flour mixture into the creamed mixture. Chill for 2 hours.
• Knead dough well adding sliced almonds. Divide and shape into 1-inch cookies.
• Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet at 1-inch distance.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
• Let cool and store in an airtight container.

• 1 cup Capsicum, chopped
• 3 heads Baby Corn
• 1 cup Fresh Beans
• 2 Potatoes (medium sized)

• 1 piece Ginger
• 5 Garlic Cloves
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 15 Cashews
• 4 tsp Kasthuri Methi

How to make Baby Corn Capsicum Masala:
• Chop the baby corn into small pieces.
• Wash the potatoes and peel them. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.
• Add the chopped potato, baby corn and fresh beans to a bowl of salt water.
• Cook this in a cooker for 15 minutes.
• Peel the onions and chop them into tiny pieces.
• Wash and chop tomatoes.
• Peel the garlic cloves.
• Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and cashews to a blender and blend until it becomes a smooth paste. Add water, if needed, in order to get the right consistency.
• Take a pan and add 5 teaspoons of cooking oil to it. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
• Transfer the capsicum to another bowl.
• Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the same pan and heat the oil. Add mustard to the oil once it is heated.
• Once the mustard stops sputtering, add chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder to this and fry this well.
• Add the previously blended mixture of chopped onions, garlic, etc to the pan and cook over a low flame.
• Stir the mixture until the water in it evaporates and the gravy begins to get thick.
• Add the vegetables that were cooked in the cooker and cook for 1 minute.
• Add the fried capsicum and salt to taste.
• Add kasthuri methi and cumin seeds. Stir for 2 minutes and take the pan off the heat.
• Serve hot with rice or roti.

• Salt
• 1 medium Carrot (cut into thin strips)
• 2 medium Tomatoes (quartered & sliced)

How to make Apple And Cucumber Salad:
• Take the sliced apples and sprinkle some lemon juice on it and mix well to prevent apples from turning black.
• Take mushrooms in another bowl and treat it to lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
• Dunk the lettuce leaves in ice cold water to keep it fresh and crisp and then tear it roughly into pieces.
• In a bowl, take juice, salad oil, red chilli flakes, chopped coriander, mint leaves and salt and mix well.
• In a serving plate, arrange the lettuce leaves and pour out about one-fourth part of the dressing on top of it.
• Mix apples, orange segments, mushrooms, carrot, tomatoes, spring onions and rest of the dressing. Toss well.
• Arrange the mixture over lettuce layer.
• Serve.

Ingredients:
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
• 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder

• 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
• 500 g Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
• 1 kg Cauliflower (cut in medium sized florets)
• 4 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 medium Onions (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 4 tbsp Mustard Oil
• Oil to fry
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Water

How to make Aloo Phulgobi Dalna:
• Take a deep pan and add enough oil to deep fry. Once the oil is hot enough add the potatoes and fry them lightly. Take the fried potatoes from the pan. Then fry the cauliflower. Keep it aside.
• Remove the oil from the pan and then add ghee. Into it, add the bay leaves and garam masala. Sauté it for half a minute. Once the smell of the roasted masala comes, add the chopped onion and fry until it becomes translucent.
• Reduce the flame and add turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder and coriander powder. Sauté it well until the smell of the masala powders comes, you can add a little water to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Add to the mixture, the fried potatoes, fried cauliflower, and tomatoes. Sauté it in the masala for about 1 minute.
• Add salt to the mixture and mix it well. Add a cup of water and, cook it over a medium heat until the vegetables are cooked. Add more salt if necessary. Stir from time to time. Remove the curry once it is almost dry.

Suggestions:
Serve with chapati.

• 250 g small, round Brinjal (baigan)
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 1 cup Onions, chopped

• 1 tbsp Roasted Groundnuts
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tsp Coriander Powder
• ½ tsp Cumin Powder
• ½ tsp Garam Masala
• 1 Tamarind Ball, lemon-sized
• 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
• Red Chili Powder, to taste
• Salt, to taste
• 4 tbsp Oil, for frying

How to make Bagara Baingan:
• Slit the brinjal from both the ends, without cutting the vegetable completely.
• Take a small cup of water and soak tamarind in it, for about ½ an hour.
• Now, grind the sesame seeds, roasted groundnuts and grated coconut to make a smooth paste.
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry brinjals in it till they become soft. When done, keep aside.
• In the same pan, heat rest of the oil and then put ginger-garlic paste in it, along with chopped onions. Fry till the onions turn light brown in color.
• Now, add the grinded masala paste in it and fry for a minute.
• Put turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and red chili powder in it and mix well.
• Add salt and tamarind juice, according to taste and mix well again.
• Put the fried brinjals in it, cover with a lid and cook until the brinjals are tender.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

For Tadka:

• 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds ( Jeera)

How to make Andhra cabbage Curry:
• Finely chop the cabbage and cook it with water, salt and turmeric.
• Drain the water from it and keep aside.
• Grind the mustard seeds with red chillies into a fine powder (preferred, not to roast them).
• Heat the oil in a pan and put the ingredients for Tadka and finely chopped green chillies.
• Add the cooked cabbage and season it with salt and chili powder.
• Finally add the ground mustard powder and curry leaves and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.

Suggestions:
Serve it hot with both chapatti/roti and rice.

• ½ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)

How to make Shahi Chicken Korma:
• Beat the yoghurt well and mix chicken, turmeric and salt.
• Marinate for 20 minutes.
• Heat clarified butter or ghee in a pan and fry onion, garlic and ginger for a minute.
• Add coriander powder and red chili powder, fry for a few seconds.
• Now, add the marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes on a low flame.
• Add 2 cups of water and stir it.
• Cover it tightly and cook for 35 minutes on a low flame.
• Now, add garam masala and dry fruits. Mix it well.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.

Suggestions:
Serve with butter chappati.

• 4 Cloves

How to make Beans Curry:
• Soak beans in water for around 6 hours.
• Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
• Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon.
• Add onion and fry until transparent.
• Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
• Remove and keep aside to cool. Grind with tomato to make a fine paste.
• Combine the paste with turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala in a pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
• Stir in beans with water and salt. Cook until the gravy gets thick.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.
• Serve hot.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Potatoes
• 100 grams Arrowroot
• 1 Coconut (grated)
• 2-3 Green Chilies
• 1 tsp Cardamom Seeds
• 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1-2 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste

How to make Aloo Kachori:
• To make covering, first boil and mash the potatoes. Mix it with 50 grams arrowroot, salt and knead it into stiff dough.
• To make filling, mix the grated coconut with crushed green chilies, sugar, lemon, cardamom and salt.
• To make kachori, take a small portion of the dough and pat between palms to make a small puri.
• Now stuff this puri with coconut mixture and form into a ball. Repeat the process to make rest of the kachoris.
• Douse the balls in the remaining arrowroot and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
• Aloo Kachori is ready to eat. Serve hot with chutney or curd and sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Ounce cannabis
• 2 Cups warm whole milk
• 1/2 Cup sugar
• 1 tbsp Coconut milk
• 1 tbsp Almonds, chopped
• 1/8 tsp Ginger, powdered
• 1 Pinch garam masala
• 1/2 tsp Grenadine
• 1 Cup water

How to make Bhang Lassi:

• Bring water to a boil in a teapot and add cannabis to it.
• Brew for about 7 to 10 minutes, then strain.
• Gradually grind the strained cannabis along with 2 tbsp of milk, repeat this process several times.
• Strain the milk into another bowl and keep aside.
• Add a little more milk to the cannabis and grind it along with the almonds, repeat this several times.
• Remove the cannabis and pour the milk, coconut milk, grenadine and boiled water into a container.
• Combine ginger, sugar, and garam masala with it, keep stirring.
• Bhang Lassi is ready to serve.
