Prawn Fry

Ingredients:

• ½ kg Tiger Prawns
• 6 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
• 1 tbsp Chilly Powder
• ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tsp Coriander Powder
• 3 tbsp Oil
• Salt (to taste)

How to make Prawn Fry:


• Heat oil in a pan and fry prawns, along with garlic, for 2-3 minutes.

• Stir in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the prawns turn tender.
• Serve hot.
